Who is responsible?

Your data is processed for the couple who invited you and their wedding planner, who are the controllers. Do For Grow Dijital Hizmetleri (Lazo) is the processor providing the technical service. You can also write to [email protected]; we will pass your request on when needed.

What data is processed?

Name, phone, attendance, party and child count, names of people with you, dietary or allergy notes, your message, arrival and transfer details, table number and personal link activity. If you choose: WhatsApp messages, written and voice guestbook notes, and photos you upload.

Dietary and allergy notes

These may include health data. Please write only what catering needs. The note is used only to plan the wedding catering.

People with you

If you enter other people’s names, please let them know you are sharing them for the event.

Why is it processed?

To confirm attendance and numbers, plan seating, catering, transport and accommodation, send event information and share memories. It is not used for marketing.

WhatsApp messages

Lazo never messages you first. If you write to the line you will get reminders 1 week and 1 day before the wedding, then the album details. Questions may be answered by AI from the wedding details. Reply “STOP” at any time.

Who receives it?

The couple, planner and their authorised catering or photo teams; Lazo’s hosting, security, storage, messaging (Meta and partners), AI (Groq) and face matching (AWS) providers. Some providers are abroad.

How long is it kept?

Personal data and photos are deleted within 60 days after the event; the site stays online for up to 1 year.

Your rights

You can access, correct, delete and object. Send requests under KVKK Article 11 and GDPR Articles 15-22 to the couple, the planner or [email protected].
