Parties and scope

These terms govern the relationship between Do For Grow Dijital Hizmetleri and the planners, couples and visitors using Lazo. A wedding’s quote and contract take precedence over these terms.

The service

Lazo offers invitation sites, guest management, online RSVP, WhatsApp updates, seating, album and related tools according to the package. Package contents are stated in the quote.

Accounts

You are responsible for protecting your account and for activity under it. Tell us immediately about unauthorised use.

Planner and couple responsibilities

You confirm that you have a legal basis for guest data you upload, will inform guests, and have the rights to the content, images, music and text you use. Permissions for copyrighted songs and images are your responsibility.

Data processing

You are the controller of guest data and we are your processor. We process it only to provide the service, apply appropriate security and delete it after the stated periods. You may request a separate data processing agreement.

Unacceptable use

Unlawful content, spam, impersonation, overloading the system or bypassing security is prohibited. The WhatsApp line is only for event information.

Fees and delivery

Fees, payment plan, delivery time and revisions are in the quote. WhatsApp update messages are limited to the credits in the package; extra credits may be charged separately.

Intellectual property

The Lazo software, themes and brand belong to Do For Grow. You keep the rights to your content and license it to us as needed to provide the service.

Availability

We aim for uninterrupted service, but maintenance, infrastructure providers or force majeure may cause interruptions. We are not responsible for changes in third-party services such as WhatsApp and Meta.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fee paid for the relevant wedding. Intent, gross negligence and consumer rights are unaffected.

End of service

A site stays online for up to 1 year after the event; personal data and photos are deleted within 60 days. We may suspend service for breach of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer forums are unaffected.
