Who we are

Lazo is a brand of Do For Grow Dijital Hizmetleri (“Do For Grow”, “we”). It provides digital invitations, guest management and guest experience services for wedding planners and couples. Contact us at [email protected] or +90 442 236 0 236.

Our roles

We are the controller for the Lazo website and planner accounts. For a wedding’s guest data, the couple and planner are the controller; we act as their processor and follow their instructions.

Data we collect

Enquiry form: name, email, phone, company and message. Planner accounts: name, email, usage and activity logs. Wedding service: guest lists, RSVP replies, dietary notes, table details, WhatsApp messages, guestbook notes, photos and optional face data. Technical data: IP address, browser details and security logs.

Why we use data

To provide the service and perform our contract, answer requests, give support, keep the service secure, prevent abuse and meet legal duties. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. The Lazo website uses no advertising or visitor-tracking cookies.

Legal bases

Contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests (security and abuse prevention) and, where required, consent: GDPR Article 6(1)(a), (b), (c) and (f), and the corresponding grounds under Turkish KVKK.

Providers and international transfers

We work with server infrastructure providers; Cloudflare (network, security, bot protection, file storage); Amazon Web Services (face matching, Frankfurt); Groq (AI-assisted import and guest questions); and Meta and WhatsApp partners (message delivery). Some are outside Türkiye or the EEA; transfers use the safeguards required by KVKK and GDPR.

Retention

Wedding personal data and photos are deleted within 60 days after the event, and a site stays online for up to 1 year. Enquiry and account records are kept for the business relationship and legal retention periods. Deleted data leaves backups as they rotate.

Security

We use encrypted connections, access controls, tenant separation, regular backups and logging. No system is perfect; if a breach occurs we will notify people and authorities as the law requires.

Your rights

You may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object, port your data and withdraw consent. Write to [email protected]; we reply free of charge within 30 days. You may also complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board or your local supervisory authority.

Children

The service is not aimed at children. Planner and couple accounts are for adults. Guest forms do not require children’s names; a child count is used only for organising the event.

Changes

We may update this policy and will announce significant changes on this page.
